  • Google Gemini AI (via Vertex AI): Powers our AI bots (Fan Bot and Neutral Bot) to generate responses, trivia questions, polls, and live commentary. Your chat messages may be processed by these AI services to generate contextual responses.

4.3 Sports Data Providers

  • SportMonks API: Provides live sports match data and statistics
  • TheRundown API: Provides NFL and NCAA football match data

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share data necessary for these services to function.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase's infrastructure
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information
  • Chat messages and user content are stored in Cloud Firestore

VedIX is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in servers located outside your country of residence. By using VedIX, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
